How To Order
Ordering on-line with our web site is easy and secure. Here's how to go about it:
STEP 1: Browse through our web pages find out the products you would like to buy, and write down the item No. and quantity.
STEP 2: You may add several products to your order list, before submit you must enter your name, address details, telephone No.
STEP 3: after we receive your order list, we will quote the prices for the goods and shipping.
STEP 4: Next you open “Payment Method”. You can choose the payment method. Please inform us of the payment method you decided and that payment has been sent .

Delivery Policy
A) Delivery Time
Generally speaking, we will deliver your order at the second day after we have received your payment. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled or will be delayed, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
B) Transportation
By Sea: You will receive the goods within one month
By Air: You will receive the goods within one week
By-Express: You will receive the goods within 3-4 working days
(DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS etc.)
NOTE: The exact time is dependent upon destination.
C) Replacement
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you order something and it turns out not to be what you expected, we understand. In most cases, we will accept the item back for an exchange.
At first, Please send us an email with your order list and the problem with the order
Second, Wait for us to reply to your email with either an Approval or a Denial. In very few instances we will deny an exchange...unless it is a custom piece
Third, Return the item along with the invoice and the email we sent you that says we gave you Approval to send back the order for an exchange item. Write on the invoice exactly what you want to exchange item for.
(Note: Please DO NOT send back any orders without prior approval from us regarding)
We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit to us. It is advisable to use some sort of tracking on your return shipment. And it is your responsibility to send back the item in safe packaging. DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR ITEM IN A REGULAR ENVELOPE. If the event the item is destroyed during shipping due to in proper packaging, we will not provide an exchange item.
D) RESPONSIBILITY
For your security, all deliveries must be signed for or they will not be left.
Please remember to inspect the condition and quantity of your package/goods before signing for them.
If the event your goods are damaged, please take photos of the damage, and send the photos to us via mail within 3 days of receiving the goods. After we have accessed and confirmed that the goods are damaged due to shipping, we will contact you to agree alternative arrangements and offer you the option of:
1) Returning the damaged goods to us or
2) Keep the damaged goods, and we will send you twice value goods in your next order.
